Being sick stinks! Let’s keep this short, so you can get to the kitchen, bust this out, and bust that ailment. The theory is simple—we want to boost your immune system big time. These beautiful ingredients might just work their immune-enhancing magic on you.

This concoction is simple, yet powerful. You may need to drink this quickly to ensure you get it all down.

INGREDIENTS

2 cloves garlic

1/3 onion, medium sized

2 Tbsp ginger (chopped) or 1.5 tablespoon of ginger powder

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

2 Tbsp lemon juice (throw in rind if you like!)

1 Tbsp honey

1/3 apple, small

16 oz. warm water

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds.  
  3. Pour into mug & chug.
  4. I love easy recipes.
