This isn’t how the final dish looks. The avocado is blended in. 🙂

If you know me, you know I’m a fan of chocolate, both as a Registered Dietitian and as a human. Here is an excellent way to have your cake and eat it, too, if said cake is chocolate pudding. This is much healthier than your average chocolate dessert.

AND this is vegan diet, paleo diet, and anti-inflammatory diet friendly.

Want to know more about the Vegan diet, Paleo diet, and/or Anti-Inflammatory diet? I discuss it on this episode of Mary’s Nutrition Show:

Let me know how it goes!

Here’s to your health.  ~ Mary
