Hot mug of tea

Being sick stinks! Let’s keep this short, so you can get to the kitchen, bust this out, and bust that ailment. The theory is simple—we want to enhance and support the function of your immune system big time. These beautiful ingredients might just work their immune-enhancing magic on you.

This concoction is simple, yet powerful. I wouldn’t suggest drinking on an empty stomach.  Sip slowly if you like, or do small shots of it, as works for you!

Let me know how you like it in the comments below! Here’s to your health.

~ Mary

INGREDIENTS

2 cloves garlic

1/4 onion, medium sized

2 Tbsp ginger (chopped) or 1.5 tablespoon of ginger powder

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 Tbsp honey (add more if needed)

1/4 apple, small

16 oz. warm water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds.

First things first: I love chocolate. I love kale. And I consume them both regularly, but generally not at the same time (although, ask me about my chocolate, berry & kale smoothie!) I also love helping people find easy ways make their body, mind, and life better while also making eco-friendly choices that support the health of our planet.
