I’m here as a sustainable and resilient food systems professional, environmental champion, and integrative health expert/dietitian with 13 + years of providing nutritional counseling to a variety of complex patients using effective behavioral change techniques and a “food as medicine” approach addressing chronic health issues with therapeutic dietary and lifestyle interventions.
I bring my clinical expertise as a dietitian, my teaching experience as Adjunct Faculty Lecturer, my keen understanding of sustainable food systems, my systems thinking approach, as well as my creative entrepreneurial spirit, passion and dynamic communication style to provide the nutritional health link that is an essential bridge between “good for the person” and “good for the planet.”
