This super-easy-to-make concoction tastes like kombucha, offers probiotic pearls, is good for you, and you can make it at a fraction of the price. What are you waiting for?!

INGREDIENTS
16 oz. water
1 thumb-sized chunk of raw ginger
¼ cup apple cider vinegar*
1 tsp honey or a little stevia (you don’t need much!) to taste
DIRECTIONS
- * Be sure the apple cider vinegar has a “mother” in it to give you some probiotic goodness. Braggs is a brand I recommend.
- Peel & dice ginger.
- Put all ingredients in a blender; Blend at high speed around 30 seconds.
- Revise ingredients according to taste.
- Garnish.
